The agreement between you and AISocius AB for the use of AIConscius.

Draft — not yet in force. AISocius AB is in formation and this text has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It describes what we intend to do and what the product actually does today, so that it can be checked before anything is sold. Do not rely on it as a contract.

What the service is

AIConscius is a guided EU AI Act readiness workspace. It helps you record AI systems, determine which obligations attach under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 with a citation to the source, identify evidence gaps, route results through human review, and export a versioned evidence pack.

What the service is not

It is not legal advice. We are not a law firm and no lawyer-client relationship arises from your use of it.

It is not a certification or conformity assessment body. Nothing it produces certifies that you comply with the AI Act or any other law, and it must not be presented to a client, an auditor or an authority as if it did.

Its output requires review by a qualified person. Determinations are drafts until a competent reviewer approves them. You remain responsible for the conclusions you rely on and for the advice you give your own clients.

It does not cover the Data Act, the GDPR as a whole, or ISO/IEC 42001. Where GDPR appears it is limited to its intersection with the AI system being assessed.

Your account and your clients

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping credentials secure, and for having the right to upload any client material you put into the workspace. If you use AIConscius to serve your own clients, a data processing agreement with us must be in place first.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organisation's workspace, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, resell access without agreement, or use the service to produce material you present as a certification.

Availability

AIConscius is in closed design-partner development. We do not offer a service level guarantee at this stage, and we will not pretend to: an uptime commitment we cannot measure is worth nothing to you. Planned interruptions will be announced to design partners in advance.

Fees

Design-partner engagements are paid and their scope, price and term are agreed in writing per partner. There is no self-service subscription and no free trial.

To be completed before charging: payment terms, invoicing entity details, VAT treatment, refund and cancellation policy. These depend on the completion of AISocius AB's registration and cannot be stated accurately before then.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you enter and of the evidence packs you export. We keep ownership of the software, the rule sets we build and the interface. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the term agreed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you or your clients take on the basis of an assessment, including where a reviewer approved it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Termination

Either party may end a design-partner engagement on the notice agreed in writing. On termination you can export your data; we will tell you what we must retain and for how long.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and disputes go to the Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer rules give you another forum.
